3) 2017 Victory Octane
Although it is going to be reasonably priced, the new Victory Octane looks like a million bucks. A base model, which still has great performance features and classic good looks, will sell for around $10,000. Victory bikes tend to be high-end products with steep price tags. That makes this one the exception to the rule. They didn’t compromise on perks, though, and the Octane for 2017 is a powerful 1200 cc liquid-cooled V-Twin. It shares lots of engineering DNA with the legendary Indian Scout 60, in fact, and can churn out 104 horsepower. The handling is great, with a great suspension system that is highly responsive and sporty. Those awaiting a less heavy Victory will be pleased, too. It’s about 100 pounds lighter than other Victory bikes.
