9 Steps to Early Retirement
8) Don’t give up
There will be bumps in the road. You may lose a job or go through an expensive divorce. You may have medical issues or maybe someone in your family falls ill. With all of the problems you can face in your life it is important to keep your eyes focused on that final goal of early retirement. Don’t allow these short term problems to affect your long term goals.
Some of these situations may force you to put off retiring by a couple of years but you can still stay on track for retirement earlier than most. Take the obstacles in stride and let them stay behind you as you continue with your game plan, or modify your game plan to still achieve your goal, but with a different strategy.
